Senior HR Executive

Key Requirements:

• Must be Brunei citizen or Permanent Resident;
• Degree in Business Admin/HR Management or equivalent
• Professional HR qualification such as CIPD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations as a generalist and at least 3 years in HR project delivery role, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Talent Management and Learning initiatives including staff retention and recruitment efforts aimed at securing quality talent.
• Develop and implement diverse learning tactics and opportunities hospital wide.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
• Utilise data-driven insights to continuously improve HR practices and outcomes.
